The District is bounded by San Bernardino County on the north, the Jurupa Mountains and Pedley Hills on the northwest, City of Jurupa Valley areas on the west, the Santa Ana River on the south and the City of Riverside on the east. The District's current boundaries encompass an area of approximately 7.7 square miles and serves an estimated population of 35,000.”
