Who is exempt

“Residential development means any development consisting of dwelling units as defined in Title 17. It does not mean: 1. Any addition to an existing single-family home; or 2. Repair or replacement of a residential building which has been accidentally damaged or destroyed by natural causes or human activity, provided there is no increase in the number of dwelling units; or 3. New construction of a single-family dwelling unit on a lot or parcel of land with an area of not less than two acres, which was created prior to the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter.”
