“Section 2. Finds that the purpose of the Statutory School Fees imposed upon new residential construction are to fund the additional School Facilities required to serve the students generated by the new residential construction upon which the Statutory School Fees are imposed.”

Private Full-Time Day School ... Government Agencies. ... Residential Additions of 500 or Less Square Feet. ... Reconstruction of a Structure Destroyed in a Disaster: The reconstruction of a structure destroyed as a result of a disaster is exempted from developer fees. However, the exemption does not apply if the square footage of the reconstructed structure exceeds the square footage of the structure that was destroyed.”
