“In addition to the MPFP Fees for each backbone infrastructure and public facility component discussed above, the City charges a fee to administer the MPFP Fee Program. For each land use, the Administration fee is calculated as 0.75 percent of the sum of the other MPFP Fees.”

“The Administration Fee funds the administration, oversight, and implementation of the MPFP Fee Program, including administration of any credit and reimbursement agreements. The Administration Fee will include adequate funding to cover all City costs. The Administration Fee is included in the fee summary table in Chapter 1.”

“Once sufficient funds have been collected to complete the specified projects, the City must commence construction within 180 days. If it fails to do this, the City is required to refund the unexpended portion of the fee and any accrued interest to the then current owners.”
